Return and Refund Policy
The provisions of this article only apply to customers who purchase items online as a consumer from Ma Santé Naturelle.
The customer has the right to return the product/dietary supplement, purchased and delivered, within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the product/dietary supplement.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Ma Santé Naturelle, Lentelaan 6, 9250 Waasmunster, Belgium, www.masantenaturelle.fr, by an unambiguous declaration (for example in writing by post or by e-mail) of its decision to cancel the purchase.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the customer must send his communication concerning the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to Ma Santé Naturelle without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw of the contract with Ma Santé Naturelle, Lentelaan 6, 9250 Waasmunster, Belgium.
The customer is on time if he returns the goods before the expiration of the period of 14 calendar days.
The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
If the value of the returned product is reduced in any way, Ma Santé Naturelle reserves the right to hold the customer responsible and to claim compensation for any loss in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the customer which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Only items that are in the original packaging and have not been opened, accompanied of the invoice, can be returned.
If the customer terminates the contract, Ma Santé Naturelle will reimburse the customer for all payments received of the customer until that date, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after Ma Santé Naturelle has been informed of the client's request, decision to revoke the agreement.
Ma Santé Naturelle can withhold reimbursement until it has received all products or until the customer has demonstrated that he has returned the product(s),
whichever comes first.
Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Ma Santé Naturelle
will not be reimbursed.
Ma Santé Naturelle will reimburse the customer with the same method of payment with which the customer carried out the original transaction,
unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged for this reimbursement.
