BIOTIN 300 mcg - 100 plant-based capsules

Biotin (vitamin H) is recommended:

- to prevent hair loss (can be taken in combination with L-cysteine 500 mg: see further on);

- to keep hair, skin and muscles in good condition;

- to keep the intestinal flora in good condition.

This product is lactose-free, gluten-free and contains no preservatives, colouring agents or artificial flavouring.

Each plant-based capsule contains:

Biotin  300 mcg (600% RDA)

Dosage:

1 capsule a day, or as prescribed.
